As the holiday season approaches, we can often find ourselves swept up in the hustle and bustle of everything that needs to get done—the shopping, the planning, the endless to-do lists. But what if this time of year could be about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and nurturing your creativity?

That’s exactly what I’m offering with my upcoming Self-Care Art Experience, Winter Wonderland.

This experience is designed to be a sanctuary for your mind, body, and soul. It’s about creating a space where you can truly let go of stress, step into your creative flow, and reconnect with your inner peace before the holiday frenzy begins.

We are blessed to be partnering with Asia and Kirk from the boutique Skeleton's In Our Closet, 4930 50 Ave, Evansburg. We’ll be diving into the joy of painting, yes, but we’ll also be engaging all five senses—because self-care isn’t just about what we create; it’s about how we feel, how we recharge, and how we allow ourselves to simply be.

We have prepared custom art kits with pre-poured paints and unique wood cut surfaces to paint on, to a carefully curated playlist that sets the tone, and even the right snacks and drinks to enjoy along the way—everything is designed to help you unwind, have fun, and create something special. It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.

So if you're ready to treat yourself to some much-needed creative nourishment, I’d love for you to join us. Let’s carve out some space for peace, play, and artistic expression. Because the most important work you can do is the work that nourishes you.
